Terms & Conditions

Parties
If you are booking a party, you MUST agree to these terms.

• Parties must be prepaid at time of booking. No Refunds.
• Parties include up to 12 participants (ages 5+) with a maximum of 15 total participants (Additional participants are $15).
• Drinks MUST be in individual serving plastic bottles, absolutely no 2-liters or cups allowed.
• No ice cream, ice cream cakes, frozen items, hard candy, suckers or gum.
• No outside decorations allowed.
• Party is self-directed with instructions and suggestions sheet provided by the staff.

Brick Memberships
If you are signing up for a Brick Membership, you MUST agree to these terms.

• No refunds once you have been charged each month or each year.
• You may cancel any time before the auto renewal date and enjoy your benefits up until your membership expires.

STEAM Classes
If you are signing up for a STEAM Class, you MUST agree to these terms.

• Refunds are ONLY available 14 days prior to the first class date.
• No Refund or make-up for missed classes
• Attendees must be responsible and respectful to instructor and to equipment. Failure to follow these rules will result in dismissal from the class with no refund.

Camps/Classes
If you are signing up for a Camp or Class, you MUST agree to these terms.

• Refunds are ONLY available 14 days prior to the first class date.
• No Refund or make-up for missed days
• Attendees must be responsible and respectful to instructor and to equipment. Failure to follow these rules will result in dismissal from the class with no refund.
